Our services
We provide professional assistance with trademark, copyright and design matters. Filings are signed by registered trademark agents or advocates. Registration and timelines are decided by each office; we do not guarantee any outcome.
Fees
Each order shows our professional fee, GST at 18% on that fee, and government fees on separate lines. For India, government fees are collected with your order. For international markets, government fees are invoiced at actuals before filing. Foreign currency amounts are converted at the indicative rate shown, and billed at the actual cost.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information and documents you give us are true and that you have the right to the mark. Please respond to our requests and deadlines promptly; missed office deadlines can lead to abandonment.
